I'm Patrick Saikas. I study how people and organizations actually work, then I use AI to help them work better, faster, and with more meaning. Sometimes that's coaching senior leaders through AI adoption. Sometimes it's building the tools my own team relies on. And sometimes it's shipping an entire product by directing AI myself.
